Wellness Programs

BVMS PTA is a proud supporter of BVMS Wellness Programs designed to support the social emotional learning and mental health of all our middle school students.

BVMS PTA funds the new BulldogAid Wellness Center and the "DUDE. BE NICE" program.

On February 22, the BVMS PTA funded a special assembly "dude. let's talk with DBN: A safe space for some real talk". The assembly served to:

Create a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff to ask questions related to how they're feeling (experiencing the world) and overall mental wellness.
Destigmatize not being okay all of the time.
Provide tangible action steps for students and staff to achieve a greater sense of overall wellness.

DUDE. BE NICE Week is scheduled for April 24 - 28, 2023.
